1. Download the extension
FormPilot is a Chrome extension that auto-fills any web form with your company data. Download it and unzip to get started.
2. Load in Chrome
Once you have the files, load FormPilot as an unpacked extension. Takes about 30 seconds.
Open chrome://extensions in your browser and turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped formpilot-chrome folder.
Pin the FormPilot icon in your Chrome toolbar for quick access.
3. Start filling forms
FormPilot auto-detects form fields on any page. Add your company data once and fill forms with a single click.
Click the FormPilot icon and select Edit company data. Add your company name, contact info, and any other details you typically enter on forms.
Navigate to any page with a form — YC applications, vendor portals, RFPs, onboarding flows — and click Fill form.
Review the auto-filled fields, make any edits, and submit. That's it.
No account or backend required. FormPilot stores your data locally in Chrome. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to sync.
