Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Prodway AI collects only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Account data — Name, email, and Slack workspace ID when you install SowFlow.
• SOW content — Project descriptions and generated SOWs you create through the /sow command.
• Integration tokens — OAuth tokens for DocuSign and Stripe, stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace.
• FormPilot data — Company profile data you enter is stored locally in your browser. It is never sent to our servers unless you click "Fill form."

How We Use It

• Generate SOWs using your project descriptions via Anthropic's Claude API.
• Send documents for e-signature via your connected DocuSign account.
• Create invoices via your connected Stripe account.
• Improve our AI models using aggregated, anonymized usage patterns (never your content).

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your content with other customers.
• We don't train AI on your SOWs or client information.
• We don't store payment card details — Stripe handles that.

Third Parties

We use these services to operate Prodway AI:

• Anthropic — AI processing (SOW generation, form field mapping).
• Slack — Bot interface and OAuth.
• DocuSign — E-signatures (your account, not ours).
• Stripe — Invoicing and payments (your account, not ours).
• Railway — Infrastructure hosting.

Data Retention

SOWs and integration credentials are retained as long as your workspace is active. You can request deletion of all your data by emailing dale@prodway.ai.
