Service

Prodway AI provides AI-powered tools for service businesses, including SowFlow (SOW generation) and FormPilot (form auto-fill). By using our products, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You're responsible for your Slack workspace and connected integrations (DocuSign, Stripe).
You own the SOWs and content you generate. We don't claim any rights to your output.
Keep your API credentials secure. Don't share access tokens.

Acceptable Use

Use the service for legitimate business purposes.
Don't abuse the AI to generate misleading or fraudulent documents.
Don't attempt to access other workspaces' data.

AI-Generated Content

SOWs and form suggestions are AI-generated starting points. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending to clients. Prodway AI is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated scope, pricing, or contract terms.

Integrations

When you connect DocuSign or Stripe, you authorize Prodway AI to act on your behalf within those services (sending envelopes, creating invoices). You can disconnect at any time from your integration settings.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or missed deals resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You can stop using Prodway AI at any time. Uninstall the Slack app and disconnect integrations. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
